I purchased hearing aids at dietsch 2 years ago. Debra and all of her staff are all so friendly and helpful, recently I realized I wasn’t hearing so well so I made an appointment. Turns out, I had forgotten to clean my hearing aids regularly, and needed a new sizing to help them fit perfectly. Deb and Stacey took care of everything and I went home feeling much happier. They are so good to their clients! I will always recommend them. It may be more expensive than Costco but better care, and better hearing is worth it!

I am a speech and Language pathologist, retired. We used to send all of our hearing impaired students to Mr. Dietsch. So when I looked into being fitted for hearing aids for myself,I certainly knew the name and felt confident that I would be getting the best service and the best product The entire office staff is most professional yet personable. Office Manager Stacie Lopez took her time and explained anything I needed to clarify. She was so helpful! It was obvious that their patients are unique individuals with unique needs. Elisabeth, Mr. Dietsch’s granddaughter, is a third generation hearing aid dispenser. She was able to answer any questions that I had, clearly and concisely. Her communication skills and her speech with me as a hearing impaired person were outstanding. I could understand everything she said. And although her expertise is quite technical, she was able to explain to me in practical terms that I could understand. Hearing aids are definitely not one size fits all. And the type of hearing loss that each of us has can be very different. Because of this difference, the type of hearing aid chosen is also different and specific to the type of hearing loss. One needs to have the confidence to know that they are in the right hands of an expert who has their best intention of giving the highest quality product with the best level of hearing. After researching and reaching out to my resources, I feel I have chosen the best product and the best service with Dietsch Hearing Aid Centers.

Elizabeth Dietsch, daughter of the founder, tested me and explained my options without being pushy. I bought my hearing aids about a year ago from her & have had absolutely no trouble with them. My hearing aids are checked & maintained periodically at Dietsch Hearing Center. These aids are much higher quality than offered by the big box store. I chose the option to purchase hearing aids that charge instead being battery-powered. The handy charger holds them safely charging overnight. Whichever kind you choose, you will choose among quality products and receive service with a proud family-owned San Diego business with two locations! You will not regret this investment in your health.

I was referred to Diestch’s Hearing Aid Center for several years after relocating from another part of southern California. I appreciate their service to the community that live with hearing loss.
